About Nurvale
Nurvale Limited is a UK online shop for DIY, home and garden supplies. We are a limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17132029) and our office is in Pudsey, West Yorkshire.
What we sell
We list more than 10,000 products across tools and fixings, decorating, electrical, plumbing, kitchenware, small appliances, storage, cleaning, garden and Christmas. Most are branded lines from manufacturers such as Vileda, Ronseal, Stanley, Rawlplug, Hozelock, Morphy Richards and Securit, bought through established UK trade suppliers.
How orders work
- Prices are in pounds sterling and the price shown is the price you pay. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Orders are dispatched within the UK using tracked services, and you receive tracking details by email once your order has been sent. See our Delivery Policy for charges and timescales.
- You can return most items within 30 days. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Payment is taken through Shopify's secure checkout. You can pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna or Clearpay, depending on what is offered for your order at checkout.
