How long does delivery take?

Most UK orders arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch.  
Express delivery (1–3 working days) is also available at checkout.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free UK delivery on orders over £60.  
Standard delivery is £4.99 for orders under £60, and express delivery is £6.99.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nurvale.co.uk and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Items can be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in their original packaging.

All returns must be authorised before being sent.  
To request a return, please contact support@nurvale.co.uk and we will provide return instructions.
