Delivery Policy
We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Delivery charges are calculated at checkout from the delivery address, the total weight of your order and the type of items in your basket, and the final cost is always shown before you place your order.
Standard items
Most products in our range are dispatched from within the UK.
- Standard Delivery (2–4 working days) – £4.99 for orders up to 20 kg. Free on orders of £60 or more (the discount is applied automatically at checkout).
- Express Delivery (1–3 working days) – £6.99 for orders up to 20 kg.
- Heavy Order Delivery (3–5 working days) – £14.99 for orders between 20 kg and 50 kg.
- Pallet Delivery (3–7 working days) – £34.99 for orders over 50 kg.
Free standard delivery applies to the Standard Delivery service only. It does not apply to Express, Heavy Order, Pallet, Heavy & Bulky or Supplier-Dispatched deliveries, even when the order total is £60 or more. Ordering a large quantity of any item, including light items, can take the order over a weight threshold and move it into a heavier delivery band; the applicable service and charge are shown at checkout. A discount code cannot be combined with free standard delivery.
Heavy & Bulky items
Some products (for example bagged aggregates, large boards, doors and other oversized goods) are marked as Heavy & Bulky and are delivered by a specialist service. Charges depend on the delivery area and total order weight.

Heavy & Bulky Delivery takes 3–5 working days. Deliveries are made to the kerbside or the nearest accessible point at the delivery address; please make sure someone is available to receive the goods and that there is suitable access for a delivery vehicle.
Supplier-Dispatched items
A small number of products are dispatched directly from our supplier and take longer to arrive. These items are identified on the product page.
- Standard Delivery (7–10 working days) – £14.99 for orders up to 20 kg.
- Heavy Order Delivery (7–10 working days) – £24.99 for orders between 20 kg and 50 kg.
- Pallet Delivery (7–10 working days) – £39.99 for orders over 50 kg.
Free delivery does not apply to Supplier-Dispatched items.
Mixed baskets
If your basket contains items with different delivery requirements (for example a standard item and a Heavy & Bulky item), a delivery charge is calculated for each group and the charges are combined. Free standard delivery may not apply to an order that includes a Heavy & Bulky or Supplier-Dispatched item. Items may arrive in separate deliveries on different days. The full delivery cost is shown at checkout before payment.
Order processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- Orders placed before 12:00 (UK time) on a working day are normally dispatched the same or next working day. Orders placed after 12:00, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed from the next working day.
- The delivery timeframes on this page are counted in working days from when your order is placed and already include dispatch. They are estimates, not guarantees.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
Tracking
All orders are sent using tracked services and tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched. Tracking for Supplier-Dispatched and Heavy & Bulky items may take a little longer to appear.
Delivery areas
We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. Some Heavy & Bulky and Pallet deliveries may not be available to the Scottish Highlands and Islands or the Isles of Scilly; if we cannot deliver to your address we will contact you before dispatch and offer a full refund.
Delays
While we aim to meet our delivery estimates, delays can occur because of courier issues, adverse weather, high-demand periods or other factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Delivery address
Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details, and re-delivery or return charges incurred as a result may be passed on.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs where possible so we can resolve it quickly. This does not affect your statutory rights. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
