At Nurvale, customers can choose from a range of secure payment methods at checkout.

Depending on the order, customer eligibility and the payment provider’s terms, eligible customers may also be offered the option to spread the cost of their purchase.

Payment Methods Available at Checkout

Paying in Instalments

Where eligible, Klarna, Shop Pay or Clearpay may allow you to pay for your purchase in instalments.

Availability is determined by the relevant payment provider and may depend on factors including:

  • order value;
  • customer eligibility;
  • billing and delivery information;
  • the products in your order; and
  • the provider’s own eligibility requirements.

If an instalment option is not displayed during checkout, it is not currently available for that order.

How It Works

To use an available flexible payment option:

  1. Add your chosen products to your basket.
  2. Proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter your delivery and billing information.
  4. Select one of the payment methods available to you.
  5. Where applicable, complete the payment provider’s eligibility or approval process.

Your order will only be confirmed once the selected payment method has been successfully completed.

Nurvale Limited does not provide credit directly.

Any instalment or buy-now-pay-later service is provided by the third-party payment provider you select.

Eligibility, approval decisions, payment schedules and any applicable charges are determined by the relevant provider.

Before selecting an instalment payment method, please review the provider’s terms and conditions carefully.
