Product Overview

Brass Face. A general purpose large round rose for many watering jobs around the garden. The spout of the rose is flexible and 'stepped internally' so that it will fit most watering cans.

How to use it

Watering the garden

Set up hoses and fittings and water efficiently.

Step by step

Measure the distance from the tap to the furthest point to choose the hose length.
Fit a tap connector to the outside tap and a hose connector to each end of the hose.
Add a spray gun or nozzle and click it on.
Water at the base of plants, in the morning or evening.
Drain and reel the hose after use.

Tips

A water butt on the downpipe saves water for the garden.
Outdoor taps need a double check valve to protect the water supply.
Bring hoses in and insulate outside taps before frost.

Safety

Do not leave hoses across paths where people can trip.
