A box of 100 Rawlplug hollow wall anchors, size M5 x 37mm (R-SM-05037). They are for fixing into plasterboard and other hollow boards: as the screw is tightened, the legs fold out behind the board and grip it over a wide area.

Choosing the size
The Rawlplug range covers boards from 2 to 38mm thick, with each size suited to a particular thickness. Check the board thickness for this size on the box against your wall. Standard plasterboard is usually 12.5mm.
How to fit
- Drill a hole of the diameter shown on the box.
- Push the anchor in until the head sits flush, then tighten the screw (a setting tool makes this quicker) until the legs open fully.
- Remove the screw, offer up the item and refit the screw.
