A Rodo hand sander with a solid aluminium plate measuring 235 x 85mm (9.5 x 3.5 inches). Clamps at each end hold the abrasive sheet securely, so larger areas such as walls and wood panels can be sanded faster than with a sanding block. It is a hand tool, so no power is needed.
