Product Overview

Dura-Torch Capsheet Utilises a 100g/m2 glass fibre base, coated with SBS modified bitumen. Finished with black coated mineral on the top and surfaced on the underside with flame dispersible polyethylene.

How to use it

Mixing concrete, mortar and building repairs

Mix and use cement, mortar and concrete for small jobs.

Step by step

Check the mix for the job: mortar for bricks and pointing, concrete for posts and bases.
Mix dry materials first, then add water a little at a time.
Mix to a firm, workable consistency, like thick porridge.
Use it within the time on the bag, usually 1 to 2 hours.
Protect fresh work from rain and frost while it cures.

Tips

Postcrete sets fast: have the post braced before pouring.
Dampen bricks slightly before pointing so they do not suck the water out.
Clean tools before the mix sets on them.

Safety

Cement burns skin: wear gloves, long sleeves and eye protection.
Lift bags with a straight back or get help.
