Sika Black Jack self-adhesive flashing tape in a 10m x 300mm trade roll, with a lead-look finish. It presses into place by hand with no separate adhesive, and is used to repair or replace flashing, flash felt roofs, parapet walls and skylights, replace lost lead flashing, seal roof ridges, capping bolts and roof penetrations, repair lead gutters and cracks in concrete, and flash between timber and brick or blockwork. Sika also list it as a protective covering for insulation materials.

Using it
Surfaces must be dry, sound and free from oil, grease and dust; scrape or wire brush off loose material. Prime porous surfaces such as concrete or brick with Black Jack Bitumen and Flashing Primer and let it dry. Do not apply to damp surfaces. Peel off the backing, press the tape into place and roll firmly, especially at laps and edges. In cold weather, warm the tape to room temperature first.
Care
Store between +5 and +25°C in dry conditions; shelf life is 24 months unopened.
