How to use

Set the handles to the length you need and check they are locked. Place the branch deep in the jaws, with the hooked blade on the side of the branch you are keeping, and close the handles in one steady movement. Cut just above a bud or side shoot. Use a pruning saw for anything thicker than 40mm.

Care

Clean sap from the blades after use, dry them and wipe with a little oil. Store somewhere dry.

Safety

Wear gloves and keep fingers clear of the blades. Do not stand on ladders to use loppers at full stretch.
